The right and freedom to enter into the Wed on Web Terms and to make binding agreements for yourself or for the person or entity committed by the Wed on Web Terms;
You are not a resident of a country (or will use Wed on Web Services) where the Indian government has banned the use of Wed on Web Services or your name is not on the US Treasury Department's list of specially designated citizens or any other applicable trade sanction;
Your country of residence and / or the country you belong to is the same as the country you specified in the contact and / or billing address you provide to us.
You understand that Wed on Web does not make or comply with any legal advice or recommendations relating to your use or to any end-users.
And especially when it comes to your user content
The photos you are uploading should be your legal right or your own. You are solely responsible for doing so. You own or have legal permission to do whatever you want to broadcast via Wed on Web.
You confirm that you own any content, images, animations, videos, including any content you upload or provide on your user's platform ("User Content") or imported, copied or uploaded by Wed on Web Services.
You have the full power, title, license, consent and authority to allow Wed on Web Services to access any websites, web pages and / or other online services for the purpose of importing, copying, displaying, uploading, broadcasting and broadcasting. ) / Or otherwise your user is using content.

If you wish not to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time;
allow Wed on Web to use in perpetuity, worldwide and free of charge, any version of your User Platform (or any part thereof) for any of Wed on Web marketing and promotional activities, online and/or offline, and modify it as reasonably required for such purposes, and you waive any claims against Wed on Web or anyone on its behalf relating to any past, present or future moral rights, artists’ rights, or any other similar rights worldwide that you may have in or to your User Platform with respect to such limited permitted uses;
Wed on Web's sole discretion as to the means, manner, and method for performing the Wix Services, including those regarding the hosting, transmission, publication and/or display of any User Platforms and/or Content (including the inclusion and presentation of any advertisements or other commercial content with respect thereto).
Wed on Web shall have the right to offer the Wed on Web Services in alternative price plans and impose different restrictions as for the upload, storage, download and use of the Wed on Web Services in each price plan, including, without limitation, restrictions on network traffic and bandwidth, size and/or length of Content, quality and/or format of Content, sources of Content, volume of download time, number of subscribers to your Content, etc.
2.3. You agree and commit to:

Do not attempt to reverse lookup, trace or locate another user of Wed on Web Services, or otherwise interfere with or infringe on the privacy or other rights of any other user or collect or store personally identifiable information about Wed on Web Services users. Or take their explicit and informed consent on their platform;
You acknowledge and agree that your failure to abide by any of the foregoing or any misrepresentation made by you herein may result in the immediate termination of your User Account and/or any Services provided to you – with or without further notice to you, and without any refund of amounts paid on account of any such Services.
3.1. Your Intellectual Property
As between Wed on Web and you, you shall own all intellectual property pertaining to your User Content and to any other materials created by you, including to any designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, code, interfaces, text and literary works. Wed on Web does not claim ownership rights on your content. For the sole purpose of granting you the service, You know and agree that we will need to access, upload and/or copy your User Content to our platform, including cloud services and CDN’s, to make display adjustments, to duplicate for backup and perform any other technical actions and/or uses required to perform our services, as we deem fit.
3.2. Wed on Web's Intellectual Property
Subject to your full compliance with the Wed on Web Terms and timely payment of all applicable Fees, Wed on Web hereby grants you, upon creating your User Account and for as long as Wed on Web wishes to provide you with the Wed on Web Services, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, fully revocable, limited license to use the Wed on Web Services and Licensed Content, for the purpose of generating and displaying your User Platform to End Users and offering your User Products (as defined below) therein, solely as expressly permitted under the Wed on Web Terms, and solely within the Wed on Web Services.
The Wed on Web Terms do not convey any right or interest in or to Wed on Web's Intellectual Property (or any part thereof), except only for the limited license expressly granted above. Nothing in the Wed on Web Terms constitutes an assignment or waiver of Wed on Web’s Intellectual Property rights under any law.
3.3. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide us with any suggestions, comments or other feedback relating to the Wed on Wed Services (whether existing, suggested or contemplated), which is or may be subject to any Intellectual Property rights (“Feedback”), such Feedback shall be exclusively owned by Wed on Wed. By providing such Feedback to Wed on Wed, you acknowledge and agree that it may be used by Wed on Wed in order to: (i) further develop, customize and improve of the Wed on Wed Services, (ii) provide ongoing assistance and technical support, (iii) contact you with general or personalized Wed on Wed -related notices and/or interview requests based on your feedback or otherwise, (iv) facilitate, sponsor and offer certain promotions, and monitor performance, (v) to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred information, which Wed on Wed may use to provide and improve its services, (vi) to enhance Wed on Wed data security and fraud prevention capabilities, and (vii) to comply with any applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you (1) represent and warrant that such Feedback is accurate, complete, and does not infringe on any third party rights; (2) irrevocably assign to Wed on Wed any right, title and interest you may have in such Feedback and (3) explicitly and irrevocably waive any and all claims relating to any past, present or future moral rights, artists’ rights, or any other similar rights worldwide in or to such Feedback.
Certain parts of the Wed on Web Services require or involve the submission, collection and/or use of certain personally identifying or identifiable information. In particular and as a part of accessing or using the Wed on Web Services, Wed on Web and such Third Party Services may collect, access and use certain data pertaining to Users and End Users, including the activities or navigation undertaken by Users and End Users through the Wed on Web Services and/or User Platforms. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy and each such Third Party Services’ relevant policies on a regular basis, for a description of such data collection and use practices.
5.1. Paid service
Wed on Web may be subject to the payment of certain fees at its sole discretion ("Paid Services"), respectively. Fees will be charged on prepaid basis in respect of such fees. If you want to receive or use such paid services you must pay all applicable fees in advance.
There are different types of prepaid plans offered by Wed on Web. The customer can buy it according to your needs. If the customer wants to avail of any of Wed on Web's services, he will be required to pay a fixed fee in advance.
Wed on Web reserves the right to change your fees at any time, such notifications may affect your existing subscriptions. If you receive a discount or other promotional offer, Wed on Web will automatically and without notice reserve the right to renew your subscription to such Wed on Web service with full applicable fever. All fees shall be deemed to be in Indian Rupees, except as stated by Wed on Web in writing. Wed on Web will not impose any additional taxes to the extent permitted by law. But if any kind of tax is levied by the taxing authority, it will be binding on the customer.
You will be responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes or for any payments or purchases you make in connection with your use of the Wed on Web Services. If Wed on Web has made it mandatory for you to collect or pay taxes for the charges payable, and whether or not such taxes have been added to the previous agreement or collected from you, such taxes may be added and reflected in any outstanding fees paid. We recommend that you verify the existence of any additional charges that may be levied on you by third parties in connection with the purchase or renewal of paid services (such as international transaction fees, currency exchange fees or bank or credit fees) card companies). Wed on Web is not responsible for any such additional fees or costs.
5.2. Invoice
The prescribed services will be credited to his account as per the package purchased by the customer from Wed on web. It should be noted that no such invoice will be issued anywhere else. However, if a customer needs an invoice, he / she should request it in writing by e-mail. The invoice will be sent digitally according to the price purchased by Wed on web Company. You can do so by going to contact.wedonweb@gmail.com. Wed on web Company will try to cooperate with you as per your convenience.
5.3. Domain Renewals
Domains are subject to the renewal policy as described in the Domain Registration Agreement. Unlike any of the above, you are solely responsible for verifying and ensuring successful renewal of the Wed on Web Services you use (whether such Wed on Web Services are subject to automatic subscription renewal). Limit for the domain will be one year, after which you will have to pay the prescribed additional fee for the domain to continue. Accordingly, you will be solely responsible for the termination of any Wed on Web Services you have previously purchased, due to cancellation, failure to charge the applicable recurring fee, or any Wed on Web Services not subject to automatic subscription renewals. You acknowledge and agree that you will not have any claims against Wed on Web in connection with the termination of any Wed on Web Services or third party services for any reason.
5.4. Money-back guarantee
If you have purchased any Wed on Web related package, you can avail the related service. Please note that any charges other than that will not be refunded to you in Fed format. If you are unable to provide the service to Wed on Web due to some technical issues, you may request a Wed on Web by via E-mail. You will be refunded with the appropriate refund. Please note that the refund amount may differ from the amount you refund in the form of taxes and third party fees
Please note: Some services purchased on or through Wed on Web Services may be non-refundable. This includes third party services, such as websites or any kind of web link made from Photos, or any other commercial tools. The terms of each purchased service or application are indicated on the Wed on Web website and / or as part of or in the process of purchasing such services. It is your job to discover what that is and to bring it about. Wed on Web will not refund any amount paid for paid services or third party services without refund.
6.2. Cancellation by Wed on Web
If the company suffers any discrepancies from the customer, Wed on Web can cancel the subscription of the customer without any conditions. Failure to comply with any of the Wed on Web Terms and/or to pay any due Fee shall entitle Wed on Web to suspend (until full payment is made) or cancel your User Account and User Platform (or certain features thereof), as well as the provision of any related Wed on Web Services
6.3. Loss of data, content and capacity
If your user account or any Wed on Web service associated with your user account is canceled (depending on your request or Wed on Web's decision), it may destroy or affect certain content, features or capabilities in your user account. , Including any user content, end user data or other usage data contained therein, and any domain name reservation or registration included in such services ("capacity loss"). To the fullest extent permitted by law in each applicable jurisdiction, Wed on Web, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates and/or agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever, including any damages resulting from (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of or in any content; (2) any personal injury or property damage related to your use of the Wed on Web Services; (3) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information and/or other information stored therein; (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Wed on Web Services; (5) the use or display of any Content or User Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Wed on Web Services; (6) events beyond the reasonable control of Wed on Web, including any internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties; and/or (7) loss of use, data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use any or all of Wed on Web Services.
You acknowledge and agree that these limitations of liability are agreed allocations of risk constituting in part the consideration for Wed on Web’s services to you, and such limitations will apply even if Wed on Web has been advised of the possibility of such liabilities.
